Welcome to MenangCuci. By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any related service — you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

MenangCuci uses location detection technology and digital identity verification methods to ensure only eligible users can access the platform. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Each user is permitted to have one account only on the menangcuci platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Upon registration, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential
• Notifying us immediately if any unauthorised access to your account occurs

MenangCuci is not liable for any losses arising from shared passwords or account use by third parties due to user negligence. All bonuses and promotions offered by MenangCuci are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the individual terms of each promotion. General conditions that apply to all promotions are:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by users who meet the stated eligibility requirements
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe before a withdrawal can be made
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address

All bets placed on MenangCuci are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellation of bets is permitted after confirmation except in the following situations:

• Verifiable technical errors originating from the platform
• Matches or events cancelled before they begin (for Sports Betting)
• Odds displayed are clearly incorrect due to a data error from the provider

For sports betting, all results are based on official outcomes declared by the relevant sports governing body. menangcuci is not responsible for results subsequently amended by that body after the bet has been settled.

For casino games, all games use independently audited random number generators (RNG). Every round result is completely random. Claims of system manipulation must be supported by solid evidence for review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MenangCuci platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Use of bots, automated software, or any tool that assists with automated betting
• Hacking, penetration attempts, or unauthorized access to MenangCuci systems
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Colluding with other players to exploit games
• Using another person's payment method without authorization
• Spreading false or misleading information about MenangCuci
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward staff or other users

MenangCuci reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Any balance in an account closed for the above reasons may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

MenangCuci reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• Account shows fraudulent or suspicious activity
• User fails to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
